    Shropshire Council and Historic England have responded positively to a pre-application submission by the Community Board for the church extension. In Autumn 2022, the Community board engaged Shropshire Council and Historic England in pre-application discussions concerning a proposed extension to the church.   • Subdeacon David Walker ordained to the Holy Diaconate
    On Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Archdiocesan Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Divine Wisdom Subdeacon David Walker was ordained to the Holy Diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain.  Concelebrating during the Divine Liturgy was His Eminence Archbishop Zenon, Protopresbyter Stephen Maxfield, Oeconomos Kristian Akselberg, Presbyter Gregory Wellington and Presbyter Dionysios Higgs.

    Our annual Saint Nicholas Festival will take place after the Divine Liturgy on 4 December at the Serbian Church in Telford.
